More Fortune Cookies and Wholesale

  

So the summer is upon us and we've been working hard (ish). We now have 4 of the 6 fortune cookies done and ready for sale, here is a preview what they look like. We also have a white and dark chocolate scented fortune cookie coming soon, however they have yet to be photographed. Also as a new edition, we will be adding some baby shower Petit Fours, watch this space for an update!!

Wholesale!! Over the past few months we have had a few requests regarding wholesale items and wholesale pricing, so we have decided to set up a wholesale section on our website, although we haven't got all the details figured out as yet, the new section should be up and running in the next few weeks! New line of Fortune Cookie Soaps

The newest thing to come out of the Clean Confections soap shop are these fortune cookie looking soaps, they are not the most simple thing in the world to make, but the look adorable with the textures and the little embelishments that each one has.

So far i have only made 2 different types, the first has a dragon scale pattern on it with a little red dragon embelishment, The second one is has a fish scale design on it with a little orange fish instead of a dragon.
There are plans to do a third so watch this space for an update soon!!

Advertise, Advertise, Advertise!!!

With the new year upon us new goals are insight.  The first of which is advertise.  2010 is the year that Clean Confections Soap Shop makes a wave.  It might only be a ripple but the goal is to make it from a ripple into a splash.  So with that in mind, I put my husband to work making brochures to advertise Clean Confections and show what we can do.

Hopefully this will be just one new avenue of getting our name out there.  I've been thinking a lot about getting involved with craft shows.  I've only done one - 2 years ago - with very little success...I'm told it's because of the venue and hillbilly shoppers that attended (no offense to hillbillys or their missing teeth).  
The experience left me with a bad taste (kind of like getting your mouth washed out with soap) and I haven't looked into doing one since.  Although, now I'm trying to have the atttitued "NEW YEAR, NEW YOU!" and trying to carry this into my business. So, only time will tell what the new year holds.
